A long overdue final post.

I doubt anyone reads this anymore. But I never had a chance to truely say goodbye. So here it goes.

I loved this summer. I really, really did. It made me so happy to be there. And I miss it. And now I know something- I have to go to NCSA. That is the only possible way I will ever be happy. To go to that amazing school and make amazing music.

I met people this summer. I had crushes. I had friends. I made friends so...easily this summer because everyone had that common interest; to become a professional musician. We were all alike- passionate about the same thing. And I loved being around that everyday. It motivated me and kept me going. Because I knew everyone was in the same position I was. I loved it.

Words, clearly, cannot express what I felt this summer. I hate being back in school compared to what EMF was. I loved the freedom of living on my own. It was wonderful.

Thank you, everyone, who made this experience possible and thank you to those who made it positive. My teachers, the entire viola faculty, the conductors, Scott and Jose-Luis, Mellisa and Calvin. All my friends, all the students. I love my picture of all 200 of us!!
